Most dashboards drown users in charts. FastCap took the opposite bet: figure out the one number a team actually acts on, and build the whole screen around it.
I owned the UX strategy and interface — mapping the decisions users make, cutting everything that didn't support them, and shaping a calm, fast dashboard with a reusable component set. Secondary data is a glance away, never in the way.
